Paul Richardson

The last 15 years Paul has helped a number of local clubs develop an identity and increase youth participation within their clubs, along with supporting and up-skilling volunteer coaches. 

In 2019 Paul took his passion and experience within grassroots football and decided it was the right time and location to build a new football club within our local community. Focusing on building the club on the foundations of youth engagement and creating an inclusive and positive environment which will allow children to thrive and progress. As the club members increased, Paul continued to restructure and ensure the club met the growing demands and continued to invest in the up-skilling of volunteers and improvement of its facilities. This then became the foundations of Kingswood Sports CIO.
